Olive has more than forty years wide ranging experience gained from working within the industrial, retail, banking and financial sectors. Her major strengths are in accounts administration, office systemisation, training, general management and administration.

Olive is the Business Administration Manager for Ardent Business Support Ltd and her role within the company is to liaise with business owners and utilise her knowledge, expertise and experience to assist those business owners in achieving what they want from their business.

Olive is also a business improver - her passion is to help you to systemise the administration side of your business and so improve its effectiveness, allowing you to work less hours on the administration of your business.  You will be spending less total time working on the things you don't enjoy and spending more time with your family, friends and leisure activities, plus you will be making more money. Olive would also like to help you put the FUN back into your business.

As a small business owner herself, Olive knows what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and the necessity to make the amount of money needed to run both a business and personal life.  She understands the need for work/life balance and understands what it's like to put in long hours and find the drive needed to reach the dreams and vision we all have for our lives and our futures.
